Brittany Cartner is a Criminal Defense attorney and Family Law  attorney with office locations in Statesville and Charlotte, North Carolina.  Whether you are contacting my firm because of recent criminal charges or you are experiencing major life changes regarding marriage and children, we are here to help guide you through the process. 
 

I spend a lot of time in District and Superior Court, with trial experience in both courtrooms.  I have gained a reputation for working hard for my clients and going the extra mile to make sure that you get what you need.  Everyone's legal situation is unique and will need a one of a kind approach, but one thing remains the same, I am going to protect your interests.

 

I attended the University of North Carolina for Law School and as such I am a big Tar Heel fan, which you may have noticed if you have came by my office. Go Heels!  When I am not being a lawyer I enjoy gardening, or in my case slowly killing beautiful plants, and much to the dismay of my loved ones I also enjoy cooking.
